Burgundy’s Domaine Chevalier is a long-established family estate founded in 1850 and now run by Claude Chevalier’s daughters: Chloé oversees vineyard and wine, Julie handles sales, and Anaïs manages administration and customer service. Based in Ladoix and Buisson at the northern end of the Côte de Beaune, with parcels including Aloxe-Corton, Ladoix, Corton hill and Gevrey-Chambertin, the domaine produces a range of Bourgogne, village, premier cru and grand cru wines. The family has steadily developed both vineyard and cellar work across generations. The wines are described as age-worthy, balanced and structured, with reds that are supple, silky and fruity, and whites marked by freshness and lively acidity.
