Domaine Morat is a small, family-run estate in Vergisson, Burgundy, founded in 1997 by Gilles and Joëlle Morat and now worked with their son Pierre, who joined the winemaking team in 2020. The domaine farms vineyards in Pouilly-Fuissé and Saint-Véran, using hand-worked, natural viticultural practices and mineral or vegetal organic treatments. It has been organically certified since the 2022 vintage, labels its wines vegan, and relies on indigenous yeasts. Gilles, Joëlle and Pierre oversee the winemaking, producing limited quantities as members of the Bourgogne de Vigne en Verre cooperative.
