Dario Ceste is a three-generation family winery in Govone, Piedmont, producing wines from the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. The estate directly oversees every stage, from vineyard work and hand harvesting to vinification, maturation, bottling, and bottle aging. Its hillside vineyards are planted mainly to local varieties including Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Arneis, with some Merlot, and are farmed under certified organic methods across the estate since 2012. Winemaking combines controlled-temperature fermentation with selective oak aging and bottle refinement. The family also uses naturally derived plant-protection products, photovoltaic and solar-thermal energy, and recovered rainwater, expressing a philosophy that links past experience with present passion and future promise.
