Château Haut-Blanville is a family-owned Languedoc estate founded in 1997 by Béatrice and Bernard Nivollet. The Nivollet family remains closely involved, with Bernard as president, Béatrice leading the winemaking, and their daughter Charlotte overseeing production and the cellar. The estate farms vineyards in Languedoc Grés de Montpellier and Pézenas, with a strong focus on sustainability: it holds HVE Level 3 certification and has been European-organic certified from the 2024 vintage. Its biodynamic Domaine des 8 Lunes uses organic treatments, natural fertilisers, biodiversity measures and no irrigation, reflecting a careful, environmentally minded approach to viticulture and winemaking.
