Aixalà i Alcait is a family-owned micro-producer in Priorat, founded in 2005 by Jordi Aixalà and Sussi Alcait. The family manages its vineyards directly, purchasing and planting vines themselves, while their daughter Alzina now participates in winemaking. Their vineyards and olive groves are certified organic, with an emphasis on ecological practices. Winemaking is shared among Jordi, Sussi, and Alzina, reflecting a close-knit, hands-on approach to sustainable production.
