Les Cadoles

France

Les Cadoles is a family-run domaine in Chardonnay, the Mâconnais, led by Patrick and Nicolas Laugère. Named for the traditional stone huts found in its vineyards, the estate maintains a cadole built in 1945 as a tribute to its ancestors and the area’s viticultural heritage. The vines are managed using reasoned agriculture, traditional pruning and respect for the vegetative cycle and environment. The domaine produces Chardonnay-based whites alongside Gamay and Pinot Noir reds, with a traditional Burgundian approach: preserving the original fruit in the whites and carefully developing colour and tannins in the reds. Mâcon-Chardonnay is raised in stainless steel, while the reds mature in Burgundian oak pièces.
