Lalande-Borie is a family-owned Saint-Julien estate in Bordeaux, held by the Borie family since 1970 and managed by Bruno Borie alongside his sister Sabine Coiffe. The property is a single-plot vineyard on the western plateau of Saint-Julien, planted mainly to Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Viticulture follows a traditional Bordeaux approach, with manual harvesting, on-vine sorting, hand leaf-thinning, green harvests, partial cover crops, yield control, and sustainable phytosanitary practices, though no formal certification is mentioned. In the cellar, low-temperature fermentation and careful fruit selection guide the winemaking. Eric Boissenot is also noted as consultant oenologist.
