L. Aubry Fils is a family-run Champagne producer based in the Premier Cru villages of the Montagne de Reims. The estate is led by brothers Philippe and Pierre Aubry, joined by brother-in-law Noël Poret, with the next generation represented by Max Aubry, who joined in 2020 and is taking on responsibility for viticulture and winemaking. Aubry works with the classic Champagne grapes, including Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. The domaine is transitioning toward organic viticulture, although no formal certification is noted.
