Boa Noite Lisboa is a Lisboa DOC producer making a red blend of Shiraz/Syrah, Aragonez and Castelão. Its vineyards benefit from Atlantic breezes and a maritime climate, helping preserve freshness and acidity. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, followed by ageing in neutral oak. The resulting wines are medium-bodied and balanced, combining ripe red-berry flavours with subtle earthy notes.
