Vincenzo Bossotti is a family-run winery in Cisterna d’Asti, at the heart of Terre Alfieri, where the Bossotti family has cultivated vineyards for three generations. The story began with Domenico Bossotti, who established the first farm in the 1940s; his son Vincenzo later dedicated it to wine, and today Cristina and her husband Davide continue the family’s work. Their vineyards lie on sandy, calcareous soils with sandstone, silt, and clay, supporting Arneis, Nebbiolo, Barbera, and the local Croatina. Grapes are hand-harvested selectively, with careful attention to ripeness. The winery follows low-impact, sustainable viticulture, reducing treatments, using recovered rainwater, and powering cellar operations with photovoltaic energy. The wines emphasize the territory, family character, and the ability to mature while retaining their identity.
