Tenuta Selvadolce is a small, family-owned biodynamic estate in Bordighera, Liguria, run by Aris Blancardi. Its vineyards include Pigato and Vermentino, along with Rossese planted at 600 metres on sandy soils. Biodynamic since 2004, the estate avoids pesticides and chemical fertilizers and uses renewable energy. Blancardi’s low-intervention approach includes spontaneous fermentation in wooden vats, minimal lees stirring and occasional skin maceration, producing natural, elegant wines intended to express the terroir of western Liguria.
