Serafini & Vidotto

Italy

Serafini & Vidotto is a boutique winery founded in the mid-1980s in Nervesa della Battaglia, Veneto, by partners Francesco Serafini and Antonio Vidotto, who remain the winemakers. Their philosophy centers on a profound pact with the land: to leave it more beautiful and vital than they found it. This commitment translates into rigorous, sustainable agriculture—using compost, hand-hoeing, and drastically reducing sulfites—certified by Biodiversity Friend and SQNPI. They focus exclusively on quality, producing age-worthy Bordeaux-style reds that express the unique terroir of the Montello hills. Now involving the next generation, the estate is run by a stable, passionate team dedicated to artisanal winemaking and environmental stewardship.
