Ninfeo is a family-run winery in Val d’Illasi, Valpolicella, where the Fraccaroli family has made wine for generations. Since 2002, the project has focused on the great reds of Valpolicella, with Luca and Alice now leading the estate. They manage the full process from vineyard care through vinification and bottling, guided by respect for the land and a view of the vineyard as an ecosystem. Their wines are intended to express individual vineyard sites and the identity of Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone, balancing inherited experience with a contemporary spirit. The range includes structured reds as well as fresh sparkling wines, all made to reflect the territory with authenticity and elegance.
