Niner Wine Estates is a second-generation, family-owned estate winery in Paso Robles, making 100% estate-grown wines from vineyards in Paso Robles and Edna Valley. The family farms distinct sites including Heart Hill, Bootjack Ranch and coastal Jespersen Ranch, where warm days, ocean influence, shale, sandstone and clay-loam soils shape site-specific wines. Winemaking is led by Patrick Muran for Heart Hill and Molly Bohlman for Jespersen Ranch, with a focus on expressive, complex and age-worthy wines. Sustainability is central: the vineyards and winery are SIP Certified, the LEED-certified facilities are powered by solar energy, and the estate uses rainwater capture, wastewater recycling, composting, soil-health practices and no herbicides. The winery also integrates food and wine through a restaurant and regenerative Chef’s Garden.
