Martin Freixa is a boutique Catalan wine project owned, led, and made by Joaquim “Quim” Martin-Freixa. Its limited-edition wines come from 50–70-year-old Samsó (Carignan) vines, farmed for extremely low yields with a clear emphasis on quality over quantity. The wines are aged for 14 months in 300-litre French oak barrels. No organic, biodynamic, or sustainability certifications are reported in the available information.
