Domaine Alain Geoffroy is a historic family-owned estate in Chablis, Burgundy, founded in 1850 and now in its fifth generation. Managed by Alain Geoffroy and his daughters Cathy and Nathalie, with longtime oenologist Cyrille Mignotte overseeing winemaking. The domaine holds Level 3 HVE certification and has been converting to organic viticulture. They produce fresh, fruity Chablis wines with a mineral character, faithful to the typicity of the terroir, vinified in stainless steel and oak.
