Clos des Vignes du Maynes is a family-owned Burgundy estate managed by the Guillot family since 1952, with Julien Guillot taking over from his father Alain in 2001. The domaine is certified organic and has been fully biodynamic since 2001, avoiding chemicals and herbicides. Its vineyards are hand-harvested, with native-yeast fermentations, minimal sulfur, and a minimal-intervention, natural-wine approach. Soils include granite, limestone, and white clay.
