Bodegas y Viñedos Tinedo is a family-owned estate in the heart of La Mancha, with wine production dating to 1742. Led by Manuel and Amparo Álvarez-Arenas, with Manuel Esperanza as a lead winemaker, the estate farms organically across independently managed vineyard sectors, using no herbicides or synthetic chemicals and applying soil conservation, biodiversity, rainwater collection, and natural composting. Nearly all winery electricity comes from on-site solar panels. Wines are made with gentle manual extraction, natural yeasts, low-temperature fermentation, and aging in cement tanks or barrels for at least one winter, without filtration. The approach prioritizes pure fruit expression—particularly Tempranillo—without oak masking.
