Founded in 1792, Bodegas Hidalgo is an independent, eighth-generation family-run sherry house in Andalusia, overseen by Fermin Hidalgo. The estate organically farms its vineyards, including Palomino Fino in the Balbaina and Miraflores pagos, alongside Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. Manzanilla is the focus of production, notably Manzanilla La Gitana, reflecting the house’s long-standing specialization in this style.
