Tenuta Roveglia is a family-owned estate in Pozzolengo, in Lombardy’s Lugana area south of Lake Garda. With roots traced to 1404 and administered by the same family for four generations, it is now owned by sisters Babettli, Sara, and Vanessa Azzone. The estate farms glacial-origin clay and clay-limestone soils using sustainable practices that respect natural cycles, without stated organic or biodynamic certification. Its wines focus on Lugana and Garda DOC, particularly Turbiana, alongside white, red, rosé, and sparkling styles. Winemaking combines traditional methods with modern cellar technology, including selective harvesting, careful vinification, stainless-steel maturation for freshness, and oak aging for added depth and complexity.
