Masi Tupungato is the Boscaini family-owned Masi Agricola’s Argentine estate in Tupungato, Mendoza, established in the 1990s. Its “Argentinian soul, Venetian style” philosophy brings Malbec and Torrontés together with Corvina and Pinot Grigio, using the Venetian appassimento technique to concentrate aromas. The vineyards are farmed organically, with biodiversity protected through a nature reserve, botanical garden, and preserved uncultivated hills. Winemaking is overseen by Masi oenologist Andrea Dal Cero. A distinctive appassimento room, Venetian-style cellars, and 600-litre Veronese fusto barrels reflect the estate’s close connection to Masi’s Valpolicella heritage and its focus on combining Argentine terroir with Veneto traditions.
