Producer

Jessica Litaud

France

Jessica Litaud is a young, sole-owner winemaker based in Vergisson in Burgundy’s Mâconnais. She farms her vineyards with organic and sustainable principles, with manual work in the vines, hand-harvesting, no chemicals, and careful soil management to avoid compaction; notes indicate organic certification from the 2024 vintage. In the cellar, she works with indigenous yeasts and minimal additives. Mentored by Jean-François “Fanfan” Ganevat and Jean-Marie Guffens, Litaud focuses on precise, elegant Chardonnay shaped by meticulous vineyard work.
