Elisabetta Geppetti is the founder, owner and lead winemaker of family-run Fattoria Le Pupille in Maremma, Tuscany. The estate’s vineyards form a mosaic of sites, with superficial sand over sandstone and clay soils. Its focus is a pure, powerful expression of Sangiovese, shaped by respect for terroir and extended aging: 15 months in tonneaux followed by 12 months in bottle. Elisabetta’s hands-on leadership and dedicated focus on the variety define the estate’s distinctive style. No organic or biodynamic certification is noted.
