Mon Nom est Rouge

Maunoury is a privately owned boutique natural wine estate in Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame, Loire Valley, run and made by Jonathan Maunoury since 2017. Its vineyard had been farmed organically for two decades before being converted to fully certified biodynamic viticulture. Jonathan, who holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and previously worked in high-tech, follows a non-interventionist approach in the cellar, with no fining or filtration. The wines focus on regional varieties including Cabernet Franc, Pineau d’Aunis, Grolleau and Chardonnay.
