Paul Gadenne

France

Domaine Paul Gadenne is a small, artisanal producer in the historic Saint-Jeoire-Prieuré vineyard of Savoie, France. Winemaker Paul Gadenne oversees hand-worked vineyards that are currently being converted to organic farming. Grapes are hand-harvested and softly pressed, then fermented with native yeasts in stainless-steel tanks. The wines are aged on fine lees for six months and bottled without filtration. No animal-derived fining agents are used, making the wines vegan-friendly.
