Prima Piuma is a low-intervention natural wine project from Monferrato in Piedmont, produced on the certified organic estate of Azienda Agricola Gaia. It is a joint venture between Summer Wolff and Fabrizio of Cascina Iuli and Gaia’s enologist Gianluca Ravizza, with Ravizza leading winemaking and Wolff overseeing the brand. The wines are made from organically farmed vines with a low-intervention approach, using native yeasts, concrete aging, no fining, and only minimal sulfites at bottling. The focus is on organic farming and restrained cellar work that lets the fruit and site speak clearly.
