Founded in Mendoza in 1888, Nieto Senetiner is a historic Argentine winery acquired by the Nieto and Senetiner families in 1969 and now operating within Grupo de Negocios de Molinos Río de la Plata. Its vineyards span Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley, including historic old vines in Agrelo, with a focus on Malbec and other traditional varieties. The winery follows the Argentine Winery Sustainability Protocol and ISO 9002, using drip irrigation, cover crops, reduced-pesticide treatments, water monitoring, and lighter bottles; its Don Nicanor vineyards are transitioning to organic farming. Winemaking is led by Santiago Mayorga and Roberto González, with Paul Hobbs as consulting winemaker. Its range includes Camila, Patrimonial, Blend Collection, and Don Nicanor wines.
