Lavarini is a family-run winery in Valpolicella, Veneto, with three generations of winegrowing tradition. As an independent winegrower, the estate personally oversees every stage of production, from vineyard management to bottling. Its wines are rooted in traditional Valpolicella varieties, including Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara, and are presented with an emphasis on elegance, quality, and refinement. Lavarini holds RRR Protocol certification for grapes from 2021 and Quality Certified Environmentally Friendly certification for grapes from 2024. Visitors can taste and purchase the wines at the estate’s sales point in Arbizzano-Negrar, with guided visits and tastings available by reservation.
