Château Serilhan is a Bordeaux estate in Saint-Estèphe, tended by owner Didier Marcelis since January 2003. Its vineyards are certified Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3 (HVE3), reflecting a recognised environmental approach, and production is limited to no more than 50 hectolitres per hectare. The estate’s wines are shaped by the clay-limestone soils of Saint-Estèphe and the classic Bordeaux varieties associated with the appellation, producing powerful, complex reds with black-fruit and spice character.
