2014 · Anayón Selección

Anayón is a premium Spanish label from Aguarón, Aragón, produced under the Corona de Aragón brand. Its wines come from selected low-yield parcels of old bush vines, including the tiny Plot 65, and are made in very limited quantities. Winemaking is hands-on, with techniques such as manual pump-overs and extended French-oak aging, aiming for concentrated, structured wines. Juan Ibáñez leads the winemaking, with collaboration from Joey Tensley and Marcelo Morales. No sustainability certification is disclosed.
