Mersel Wine is a boutique natural wine producer founded and owned by Eddie Chami in Lebanon’s high-altitude Bekaa Valley. Working with organic fruit from indigenous varieties including Merwah and Marini, the project is built around a collaborative network of local farmers, young winemakers, women-led cellars, and refugees. Mersel follows an organic, minimal-intervention approach in the cellar, with no additives, fining, or filtration. No formal sustainability certifications are mentioned, but the focus on organic farming and low-intervention winemaking defines the estate’s style.
