Metic is an organic, natural wine producer in Chile’s Central Valley, working with 120-year-old ungrafted Cabernet Sauvignon vines. With very limited production, the winery focuses on preserving old vines and expressing them through natural fermentation and minimal intervention. A subtle influence of old oak complements its traditional, hands-off approach.
