Founded by Fermín Ayuso Roig in 1947, Bodegas Ayuso remains a family-owned winery in La Mancha and is the region’s largest private producer and bottler. Its vineyards and high-tech facility support a broad production and international distribution, with wines exported worldwide since 1985. The winery holds organic certification, IFS certification and the “Wineries for Climate Protection” label, reflecting its focus on certified production standards and sustainability. It also works with a network of more than 200 Spanish wholesalers.
