Figli Luigi Oddero is a family-owned estate in Piedmont’s Langhe, with holdings in Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga d’Alba, including Rocche Rivera in the Scarrone cru and Vignarionda. The Oddero family has remained at the helm, with the estate passing after Luigi Oddero’s death to his widow Lena and children Maria and Giovanni. Farming has been certified organic since 2014, with cover cropping, manual harvesting, and a focus on soil health and biodiversity. In the cellar, Francesco Versio works alongside Dante Scaglione on a low-intervention approach, using spontaneous fermentations in cement and aging in large neutral Slavonian oak botti.
