Domaine l’Ancienne Cure is a family-owned estate in the Bergerac region of Périgord, run by Christian Roche, a fifth-generation vineyard cultivator and independent winemaker since 1989. The Roche family acquired the former presbytery in 1946, and the estate now produces wines from white and red varieties. Its vineyards have been fully certified organic since 2007, with manual harvesting and a low-intervention approach that includes the sulfite-free “Ça Sulfit!” range. The domaine combines multigenerational continuity with organic viticulture and hands-on winemaking.
