Lukas Krauß is a family-run boutique winery in Lambsheim, Pfalz, owned and managed by Lukas with his wife Katharina and their children, who are actively involved in farm life. The estate combines winemaking with a self-sufficient mixed-livestock farm, raising pigs, chickens and sheep on loess-clay soils. Its natural agriculture avoids industrial inputs, although no organic or biodynamic certification is noted. Production is small-scale and handcrafted, with Lukas Krauß as principal winemaker.
