Federico Mencaroni

Italy

Federico Mencaroni is a fourth-generation, family-owned winery in Corinaldo, Marche, managed by Federico as owner and head winemaker. The estate works its vineyards in-house, using hand harvesting, low-yield pruning, minimal chemical inputs, and organic-style cultivation. Native-yeast fermentations and restrained sulphite additions reflect an artisanal, sustainable approach. The wines focus on Verdicchio-based still and traditional-method sparkling wines, alongside indigenous reds.
