Domaine Emmanuel Rouget is a family-run Burgundy estate based in Vosne-Romanée, with vineyards including Cros-Parantoux, Échézeaux, Nuits-St-Georges, Savigny-lès-Beaune and Côtes de Nuits-Villages. Founded by Emmanuel Rouget, the domaine has been run since 2011 alongside his sons Nicolas, who oversees the vineyards, and Guillaume, who leads cellar work. Farming is organic-focused, with no pesticides or herbicides and almost exclusively organic treatments. Fruit is hand harvested and the wines are made with a minimal-intervention approach. The domaine is also closely linked to Henri Jayer through Emmanuel Rouget.
