Albillo Mayor Cosecha

Founded in 2005 in Sotillo de la Ribera, Dominio del Soto is an artisanal Ribera del Duero producer associated with the M. Chapoutier wine group. Its 16 hectares of high-altitude, terraced vineyards are planted on clay-limestone and marly-limestone soils with sandy pockets. The estate farms organically and is converting to biodynamic practices, with hand-harvested grapes. Working primarily with 100% Tempranillo, the winery follows a low-intervention approach, using concrete tanks, cold pre-fermentation maceration, and French oak aging. Its Roble and Crianza wines emphasize concentration, ripe fruit, and balance.
