Domaine Moly is a family-owned estate in France’s Loire Valley producing Saumur-Champigny wines. Its vineyards lie on clay-limestone soils over tuffeau limestone, which stores winter rainwater and releases heat at night. The wines are based primarily on Cabernet Franc (Breton), with possible small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pineau d’Aunis. They are characterized by red-fruit flavors, a food-friendly style, and 13.5% ABV.
