Domaine Dubost

France

Domaine Dubost is a fourth-generation family estate in Beaujolais-Villages, owned and run by Jean-Paul Dubost since the mid-1990s, with Nicolas Dubost noted as its founder. The domaine farms parcels across Beaujolais crus including Brouilly, Moulin-à-Vent, Morgon, Régnié, Fleurie, Lantignié and Juliénas. All vineyards are organic or in conversion, with biodynamic practices used since 2005 and certification achieved in 2015. Wines are made on site in a non-interventionist style, relying on spontaneous fermentation, natural yeasts, whole-cluster semi-carbonic maceration and minimal sulfur.
