Domaine des Ronces

France

Domaine des Ronces is a family-run estate in Orbagna in the Jura, founded in 1950 by Georges Mazier, expanded by his son Michel, and now led by third-generation winemaker Kevin Mazier, who oversees both vineyard work and winemaking. The domaine farms clay-limestone and marl soils and converted to organic farming in 2010, gaining organic certification in 2013 and Demeter biodynamic certification in 2016. Grapes are hand-harvested, with native fermentations, minimal-intervention cellar work, and traditional Jura aging methods shaping the wines.
