Château La Mission Haut-Brion is a flagship Bordeaux estate owned by the Dillon family through Domaine Clarence Dillon since 1983. Located in Lalande-de-Pomerol, its jewel-sized vineyard has clay and sand soils over iron-rich subsoil, with plantings of both red and white varieties. The estate retains a distinct identity while sharing technical staff and resources with Château Haut-Brion. It also produces La Chapelle de La Mission Haut-Brion as a second wine in small quantities, incorporating grapes from Château La Tour Haut-Brion since 2006. Domaine Clarence Dillon is led by HRH Prince Robert of Luxembourg, with Jean-Philippe Delmas as deputy managing director.
