Château La Grâce Fonrazade

France

Château La Grâce Fonrazade is a family-operated Saint-Émilion Grand Cru estate revived by the Bon family after a period of obscurity. Its vineyards combine fine gravel, clay-sandy and clay-limestone soils, with Merlot Noir predominant alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The estate practices certified organic agriculture and holds ISO 14001 environmental-management certification, emphasizing biodiversity, living soils and reduced resource use. Vineyard work is carried out by a dedicated viticultural team, while plot-specific vinification combines traditional methods with modern technology. Wines are described as precise, elegant and terroir-driven, with extraction managed for delicacy and extended barrel ageing before blending. The property is also a Vigneron Indépendant and member of the Grand Cercle des Vins de Bordeaux.
