Château Haut-Boutisse is a Ballande family estate in Saint-Émilion, owned by Louis Ballande since 2018 and managed by Nicolas Ballande with a six-person team. Its vineyards include Saint-Émilion Grand Cru and Bordeaux AOC parcels planted on clay-chalky soils. The red wines are based on Merlot and Cabernet Franc and are crafted with oenologist Thomas Duclos of Oenoteam. Since 2019, the estate has followed a sustainable philosophy and holds HVE 3 and Terra Vitis certifications.
