Bodega Andrés Iniesta is a family-owned winery in Fuentealbilla, Albacete, founded in the 1990s by José Antonio Iniesta and opened to the public in 2010. Now promoted by footballer Andrés Iniesta, it produces wines from 14 grape varieties, including whites, reds, rosés and sparkling wines under the Manchuela designation. The estate combines careful vineyard management and respect for natural resources with a minimal-intervention approach intended to preserve the character of the fruit. In the cellar, modern technology is used to protect aromas, control temperature and handle grapes gently, while selected woods and cooperages support the ageing of individual wines. The winery also produces extra-virgin olive oil and holds integrated quality, environmental and food-safety management certifications.
