Beaulieu Vineyard is a historic Napa Valley producer founded in Rutherford in 1900 by Georges and Fernande de Latour. Long associated with the de Latour family, BV helped shape early Napa by importing phylloxera-resistant vines and supplying other growers through its nursery. Its winemaking legacy spans more than a century, rooted in estate vineyards, classic Napa craftsmanship, and a strong sense of place in Rutherford Dust. André Tchelistcheff’s tenure profoundly influenced the estate through technical innovation, small-lot experimentation, and advances in vineyard and cellar practice. Today, BV highlights Cabernet Sauvignon through wines such as Georges de Latour Private Reserve, while also emphasizing sustainability, renewable electricity, biodiversity, and regenerative farming research.
