Schlossgut Diel is a long-established family estate in Dorsheim in the Nahe, owned by the Diel family since 1802 and run today by the seventh generation. Under winemaker Caroline Diel, the estate farms sustainably, using organic methods where the steep slopes allow, and works to VDP standards. Its holdings include renowned sites such as Goldloch, Pittermännchen and Burgberg, with a strong focus on Riesling alongside Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. The wines are shaped by steep vineyards, highly varied soils and a philosophy of precision, terroir expression and minimal intervention, spanning dry wines, Burgundy varieties and traditionally made Sekt.
