Pierluigi Zampaglione is a small, family-owned estate in Alta Irpinia near Calitri, Campania, managed by Pierluigi Zampaglione. At 800 metres, the organically farmed vineyards lie on volcanic soils and produce Fiano ‘Don Chisciotte’. The estate follows a natural, minimal-intervention approach, using indigenous yeasts, steel fermentation and short aging in steel to preserve the wine’s freshness and mineral expression.
