Les Rocailles is a Savoie estate acquired in 2006 and run by childhood friends Guillaume Durand and Alban Thouroude, who bought it from Pierre Boniface; Boniface remains involved as a consultant. The vineyards are farmed under a Sustainable label, with low-intervention practices and vines averaging 25–40 years old. The domaine works with Jacquère, Altesse, Chardonnay, Gamay and Mondeuse, with around 70% of its production going into Apremont. Its wines reflect a broad Savoie focus and a hands-on approach, combining sustainable vineyard work with low-intervention winemaking.
